First Time User Instructions
If you are an existing Norway Savings Bank customer (non-business) and would like to register/sign up for Internet Banking access please review the following instructions before you click on the link below. Business customers please scroll to the bottom of this page for instructions.

The first time you access Norway Savings Bank Internet Banking, you'll need to log in from the "First Time User" location to get set up in the system.

  1. Go to our home page, www.norwaysavingsbank.com.

  2. Click "First Time User" inside the "Internet Banking" box.

  3. Read the Disclosure and click the agreement statement at the bottom of the page.

  4. Enter your account — any of your Norway Savings account numbers (checking, savings, loan) will work.

  5. Enter your temporary Password — your 4-digit Telephone Banking PIN. If you do not have a Telephone Banking PIN please call the E-Services Department Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1-888-725-2207.

  6. Enter your mother's maiden name.

  7. Enter your e-mail address.

  8. Click "Submit" and follow the instructions to select a new Access ID and Password of your choice.

  9. Complete the Security Data screen. The phrase you enter below the image will be displayed on the password screen for all future log ins to Internet Banking.
