Robert Harmon Chairman & CEO
Joining Norway Savings in 2000, Mr. Harmon has worked in the financial
services sector for over 30 years. He currently serves on the boards of Bridgton Academy
and Norway Savings Bank. He is a past board member of the American Bankers Association,
Maine Bankers Association
and Western Maine Health.
Patricia Weigel President Ms. Weigel joined Norway Savings in 2001 and has worked in the banking
industry for more than 20 years. She is
active in the community and was recently appointed to the boards of
Norway Savings Bank and Western Maine Health.
David L. Wyman Executive Vice President & COO
Mr. Wyman has served Norway Savings for the past 39 years, joining the bank as a management trainee in 1971. He became Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 1978, and was promoted to EVP/Chief Operating Officer in 1999.
Holly Young Executive Vice President and CIO Ms. Young has been in the banking industry for 38 years and with Norway
Savings for the last 32
years. As the Chief Information Officer of the bank, she is responsible for the management of Norway’s sophisticated technology
and back office operations.
Lisa Rideout Executive Vice President, Asset Management Group
With over 30 years of experience in wealth management, Ms. Rideout leads the Norway Savings Asset Management Group with expertise in investment management,
trust services, estate and tax planning, and financial advice.
Karen Hakala Senior Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Hakala joined us in 1997 and
oversees all the bank’s marketing functions and
plays an integral role in the bank’s strategic initiatives, including product
development, technology implementation, brand development and the design and
branding of new branches. Ms. Hakala holds a Certified Financial Marketing
Professional (CFMP) designation.
Darci Hamm Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Ms. Hamm has over 14 years of banking experience and joined Norway in 1999 as an
In-Store Branch Administrator.
As SVP Retail, Ms. Hamm oversees all retail banking functions, including
branch administration and retail lending.
Brian Shibles Senior Vice President, CFO Mr. Shibles began his career with Norway Savings Bank in 2002. In
addition to overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities for the
bank, he is involved in many of the bank’s strategic initiatives, including
product development, technology implementation and the establishment of new
branches.
Carolyn Thomas Senior Vice President, Commercial Administration Ms. Thomas joined the bank’s commercial department in 1999 and is
responsible for administering the bank’s commercial loan policies and procedures
and oversees the commercial credit, commercial loan administration and special
assets areas of the bank.
Richelle Wallace Senior Vice President, Human Resources Ms. Wallace has over 25 years
of experience in diversified human resources, business operations and management
experience. She ensures all employee-related initiatives are aligned with the
bank’s mission, vision and strategic plan. Richelle is certified as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has
a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development.
Dan Walsh Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender
Mr. Walsh joined the bank in 1997 as a Vice President & Commercial Lender and
was promoted to his most recent role as Regional Vice President in 2006. As
Senior Vice President, he oversees all commercial banking functions, including
business development, asset quality and portfolio management.
Steven Whitney Senior Vice President, Risk Management Joining Norway Savings in 2006,
Mr. Whitney has been instrumental in fully implementing the bank’s risk
management processes and plays an important role in many of the bank’s
strategic initiatives.
